Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal was made truly memorable by the exceptional hospitality of Ms. Albina at Reception and Mr. Rabin from Guest Services. Ms. Albina welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, ensuring that every aspect of our check-in and stay was smooth and comfortable. Mr. Rabin was equally outstanding, always courteous, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect the highest standards of hospitality. Thank you both for making our experience so special. We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi. In fact, we found ourselves wishing we’d spent more time here instead of at ourth previous hotel during Eid holiday. From arrival to checkout, everything was exceptional. The concierge team, especially Christley, went above and beyond to assist us in every possible way. Camille from the Ritz Store was incredibly helpful as well. And the housekeeping team, particularly Phoo, truly stood out; she’s amazing. We’ll definitely be returning soon to enjoy all the fantastic amenities again.
