I had a disappointing experience at this dress store. We waited nearly an hour while other customers were prioritized and brought in ahead of us, which made us feel overlooked. When we were finally helped, the staff member was kind and polite. I can’t argue that they did have some beautiful dresses, but the quality didn’t match the very high prices - some had missing beads and even holes. For such expensive dresses, I expected a more welcoming, luxury experience, but that wasn’t the case.
