SeaYou watersports

Have paid 10 hours sailing in advance, managed to use 3 of that, but things took a strange turn for a month by now: 3 booking attempts since beginning April: 1. no response for 5 days, appointment booking failed. 2. Booking request confirmed, then rejected and cancelled referring to "mis-reading" the day I requested 3. Booking confirmed, I showed up, noone from the staff was at the venue. Waited, reminded them, but after 30 mins sitting alone on the beach in the sun, I went home. Add to that the many times I requested a receipt for my payments not fulfilled... Now I am trying to request my money back as it is clearly not going to work. I hope this message reaches someone senior at the company who can help out. Clearly the staff at the venue have other interests.

SeaYou has become a regular part of our family routine. Our girls attend the weekend sailing sessions and join the camps during school breaks. The activities are thoughtfully planned and keep the kids engaged. The staff are professional and approachable. Isuru does an excellent job managing everything.
