Ready Set Go!

Extremely disappointing experience at Ready Set Go! Atlantis for my daughter’s 4th birthday. We booked the most expensive package (almost AED 6,000 excluding cake and extras) expecting a premium experience, but it was completely the opposite. The party room was handed over 30 minutes late while all guests had already arrived, causing unnecessary stress and embarrassment. Decorations were incomplete, poor quality, and looked rushed — my daughter’s name literally started peeling off minutes after entering the room, ruining photos. We were also misled about the entertainment schedule. We were told children would be engaged throughout the 2-hour package, but activities lasted only around 30 minutes before kids became bored and left the room. What made the experience even worse was the rude and dismissive attitude of the manager on duty, who showed no accountability or professionalism despite all the obvious issues. Most concerning was discovering that the venue does not properly track whether children and guests have exited the premises, which raises serious safety concerns for a children’s venue. Overall, this was a huge waste of money and one of the worst party experiences we’ve had. Very disappointing considering the premium pricing and promises made.

We had an amazing experience celebrating my son’s birthday at Ready Steady Go! Everything was truly perfect from start to finish. The staff and the organizers were incredibly professional, supportive, and made the whole event stress-free. A special thank you to Aisha for helping me with the booking and to Manager Diop for the great promotions. During the event, the team was outstanding — big thanks to Will and Ailin for doing such a wonderful job entertaining the kids. They made the day extra special! Highly recommended, and thank you to everyone for making it such a memorable celebration 💕🎉
