I am really disappointed with the person on the cash counter "Hassan". I have asked for a card worth 165aed,he is forcing me to take the card worth 260aed and 200aed. I clearly told him that I want 165aed card.even though the cards are available,he says that there are no more cards and force us to buy the wrist band worth 200aed inspite of checking from his colleagues.moreover,he says that he just came to work and didn't know the cards are available. I have seen him on counter since last 30 minutes I have reached.we were there from 02:10pm This behaviour is really bad and never expected anywhere in Dubai. I have decided not to visit this place again with my kid Hope the management will look into the matter if they are really serious about their business and not to lose customers.

A lovely place for kids with great activities and games. However, I found the prices to be a bit high. It’s a great spot for a visit, but better pricing would make it even more accessible.
