Everything during my stay was excellent except for the breakfast buffet experience. I ordered a coffee and waited 15 minutes. After following up, it still didn’t arrive, so I went to the barista myself. The same staff member later asked if I wanted a "skinny latte" despite my earlier requests. I finally received my coffee after 30 minutes. The main issue was repeated interruptions at our table during breakfast: 1. He offered another coffee as an apology immediately after I started drinking my coffee 2. He asked again halfway through my cup of coffee 3. He returned a third time just to apologize for the delay 4. He brought a plate of fruit we didn’t order. We felt uncomfortable refusing it since we don’t like wasting food, and fruit isn’t part of our breakfast The frequent interruptions made breakfast awkward for me and my guests. Attentive service is welcome, but timing and reading the table are key. I hope this helps with staff training on service etiquette and timing.
