This resort is amazing, the suite rooms are super spacious with a sofa bed. There are only three levels per building, a big balcony, lots of greenery, and little waterfalls and water running around with tons of colorful fish. There are lots of pools for both kids and adults. They even have a splash park where older kids had a blast with mini golf, billiards, ping pong, and other stuff. La Fontana restaurant has all sorts of international dishes and a really nice outdoor area. The staff are super friendly. I totally recommend it for families who want to get away from Dubai and feel like they're in a beautiful green paradise with colorful peacocks everywhere. It can be a little noisy in the morning though.

Okay, so I’ll give my honest and genuine review about JA PTC. Overall, I rated the hotel 3 stars because I personally felt it is a bit overpriced for what you get. That being said, it is still a good hotel with excellent staff and service. I’ll start with the service and staff, which were honestly 10/10. The team is top notch and the service overall is excellent. Special thanks to Sandy at the beach resort, Vyshak and david at reception, Lakmal at the pool café, and Ibrahim from concierge. Everyone was very attentive, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. That was honestly our first impression from the moment we arrived, and it stayed consistent throughout the stay. The rooms were okay in terms of quality. The view and location of our room was great, it was on the beach so the view was so nice with walking distance to the beach and pools. Breakfast at La Fontana was decent in terms of quality and cleanliness, but we also tried Ibn Majid for both breakfast and dinner, and the food there was much better in terms of variety, presentation, and overall experience. The dinner taste was good as well. The only downside there was that soft drinks even water were not included in the AED 250 per person dinner charge and had to be paid separately, which honestly felt unnecessary at that price point. I also paid 25 aed for ice bucket i ordered to my room (its nothing but its just unnecessary). The mini farm and zoo area could definitely be improved because it has the potential to elevate the whole family experience. At the moment, it only had 3 goats, 1 turtle, and 1 falcon, and there was no feeding activity available as advertised also there was no staff there to guide through it. The splash park on the other hand is very nice for kids and families with younger kids
