I would like to express my sincere Gratitude to the Ithara.ae company which issued my experience voucher. Unfortunately, the experience at the restaurant I chose was rather horrible. The issue was not simply that the restaurant failed to meet my expectations, but mainly the way the entire matter was handled by the restaurant management. As a result, I will never visit the gastronomy venues at Atlantis The Royal again, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anybody. However, despite the disappointing experience itself, I am giving a very high rating to the company that handled my complaint. After investigating the matter thoroughly, theyi offered me a full refund together with compensation as a genuine gesture of kindness, professionalism, and care for their client. In my opinion, the true quality of a company is shown not by the offers it advertises, but by the way it treats its customers when problems arise. In my case, that was far more important than the experience itself. I truly recommend this company to anybody. With such an approach towards clients, I sincerely wish them continued prosperity and success, and I wish all their customers only positive experiences in the future. Thank you very much.
