My experience with this supplier was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Communication was poorly handled, slow, and lacked structure. When I raised concerns about the quality of service and lack of progress, instead of attempting to resolve the issue, I was simply told to find another supplier. What made this even more concerning was that the supplier claimed their products did not match my “prices,” despite the fact that I never shared a budget, requested discounts, or set any pricing expectations. My inquiry was straightforward: I was looking to rent one table and chairs for eight children for my daughter’s birthday. Based on the response I received, it became clear that the owner, Pamela, is not interested in handling small birthday supply rentals. I did exactly what was suggested—and within one day, I found an alternative provider who offered better pricing (even without discounts), clear communication, and a much higher level of professionalism. The contrast in service was significant. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this supplier to anyone expecting professional conduct, accountability, or customer-focused service.
