Very poor customer service experience. I ordered 10 pieces of the Grand Celebration Hamper gift set. First, they confirmed the order and later informed me that the product was out of stock. Then they said they had a different model available, which we agreed to. However, in the end, they delivered the wrong order altogether. The communication was confusing, and the service was disappointing. I expected better order handling and customer support. Unfortunately, this experience was not satisfactory.

Terrible service. The item delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I started calling from 10 AM and spent over 2 hours on calls trying to make sure the item they were sending looked decent and that they don’t miss the note I added, and also asking them to show me the actual item before delivery. They refused to do so. I even clearly stated NOT to deliver it until showing me the actual item first. Not only did they still deliver it before showing it to me, but the flowers looked terrible and completely different from the order placed — they also missed the note entirely. This is the second time I’ve experienced this with them. Honestly, it would have been better to send nothing at all than for the receiver to receive such terrible items!!!
