We had the pleasure of staying at the Banyan Tree Dubai and it truly exceeded all expectations. The resort is stunning — beautiful villas, breathtaking views, world-class facilities, and an incredibly relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel completely pampered. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service, especially from Kabir. From the very first day, Kabir went above and beyond with his warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. He remembered our preferences, offered perfect recommendations, and always had a friendly smile and positive energy. His attention to detail and dedication made us feel like valued guests. Kabir is an absolute star — one of the best waiters we’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world. He turned every meal and interaction into a highlight of our trip. Thank you Banyan Tree Dubai and especially Kabir for the incredible hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a perfect experience from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Every detail made our stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. 🤍 ITA and AUNG are so kind
