Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was absolutely amazing. The hotel is stunning, and every detail makes the experience feel special. The water park was beautiful, exciting, and so much fun for the whole family. The breakfast buffet was on another level. Everything was incredibly delicious, with an impressive variety of options. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Room service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was the staff. From the security team to the hotel staff and room service crew, everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The only small suggestion I would make is for the music at the kids' pool area. At times it felt a little loud and didn't quite match the fun, tropical atmosphere. Some upbeat island-style music would make the pool experience even better. Overall, we had an incredible stay and cannot wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We look forward to visiting again soon! 🌴☀️🏖️

I've taken my family 6 times over the course of the last 7 years and will continue to come back because of the amazing service from front office to back office and everything in between. The food quality and options are top notch, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the pools and water park never disappoints. Special thanks to Zachi and Ravi at the front desk for the excellent hospitality shown on our most recent stay last week.
